Lo scopo del lavoro del progetto consiste in una comunità residenziale situata nel distretto di Saadiyat Beach, nell’isola di Saadiyat, ad Abu Dhabi.
Questo progetto è una gated community ai margini del campo da golf progettato da Gary Player, vicino al centro espositivo Manarat Al Saadiyat e alla scuola di Cranleigh Abu Dhabi e contiene un totale di 83 unità.
Il progetto comprende anche ville moderne e finemente scolpite e villette a schiera, ville da 4 a 6 camere da letto, case a schiera con 4 camere da letto, comunità chiusa, parco giochi per bambini, centro sociale. L’unità varia tra 4628 s.f. a 13648 s.f. e includerà finestre dal pavimento al soffitto. Le ville più grandi ospiteranno anche un majlis con dispensa, servizi igienici, ufficio e camera per gli ospiti, oltre a un autista e una cucina dedicati.
Questo progetto include anche splendidi giardini, un’area giochi multiuso, un parco giochi all’aperto per bambini, piscine per adulti e bambini, sale di preghiera per uomini e donne, ampio parcheggio per residenti e ospiti, un caffè, un ristorante, un mini mart, un salone e un parco.

The project’s scope of work consists of a residential community located at Saadiyat Beach District, Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
This project is a gated community on the edge of the Gary Player-designed golf course and close to both the Manarat Al Saadiyat exhibition centre and the Cranleigh Abu Dhabi school and contains a total of 83 units.
The project also includes modern and finely sculptured villas and townhouses, 4 to 6 bedroom villas, 4 bedroom townhouses, gated community, kids playground, community centre. The unit ranges between 4628 square feet to 13648 square feet and will include floor-to-ceiling windows. The bigger villas will also feature a majlis with its own pantry, toilets, an office and guestroom as well as a dedicated driver’s and cook’s room.
This project also includes security controlled gate, beautifully landscaped grounds, multi-use games area, a children’s outdoor playground, adults and children swimming pools, male and female prayer rooms, ample parking for residents and guests, a cafe, a restaurant, a mini mart, a salon and a linear park.
