The project calls for the redevelopment of an existing tower and the design and construction of 2 residential towers containing 332 new residential units, a 59-bed apartment hotel, an 80-bed hotel and almost 4,500 square metres of office and commercial space located in London Borough, Sutton, United Kingdom.
