Lo scopo del lavoro del progetto consiste in uno sviluppo ad uso misto situato a Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

Il progetto è il più grande distretto di Saadiyat per un totale di 6 milioni di metri quadrati, offrendo oltre 4000 ville contemporanee a due, tre e quattro camere da letto e case a schiera che offrono accesso a negozi di quartiere, aree giochi per bambini, moschee e strutture per il tempo libero come centro ippico d’arte. La comunità residenziale che ospiterà 29000 residenti.

Le principali destinazioni per il tempo libero e lo stile di vita del Distretto saranno il centro città e il villaggio sul lungomare che offre un’atmosfera vivace, diverse opzioni di ristorazione e vendita al dettaglio.

Il progetto sarà sviluppato in fasi con la prima fase comprendente 820 case a schiera situate in una comunità chiusa. Le case urbane costituiranno 236 unità da due camere da letto e 584 unità da tre camere da letto caratterizzate da uno stile contemporaneo.

The project’s scope of work consists of a mixed use development located at Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.

The project is Saadiyat’s largest district covering a total of 6 million square meters, offering over 4000 contemporary two, three and four-bedroom villas and townhouses that offer access to neighborhood shops, children’s play areas, mosques and leisure facilities such as a state-of-the-art equestrian center. The residential community which will house 29000 residents.

The main leisure and lifestyle destinations of the District will be the town center and the waterfront village offering a bustling atmosphere, several F&B options and retail opportunities.

The project will be developed in phases with the first phase including 820 townhouses set in a gated community. The townhouses will make up 236 two-bedroom units and 584 three-bedroom units featuring a contemporary style.
